APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Salt Lake City

My husband and I have lived here for about 6 months. We moved from New Jersey for his job. We had never been to Utah and had never seen the apartment in person before moving in. After calling a ton of places, west station was the one place that answered all of my calls and followed up promptly. I also noticed that the reviews were pretty good. Our second month in, our apartment floor flooded. The managers and maintenance were quick to act and made necessary accommodations for me as I work from home. Lisa and Mindy are fantastic and always making sure that we are okay. Maintenance is quick.and all of them are always smiles and joyful. I couldn’t ask for a better place.

I’ve lived here over 4 years and have had a great experience. The staff communicate really well and are very responsive to the few maintenance issues that come up. The apartments are within walking distance of the TRAX Green Line which makes getting to the airport or downtown Salt Lake easy.

I recently moved from Missouri and was nervous about choosing a new place to live. From the get go Lisa and Mindy went above and beyond to help me with my decision to move here. They took many phone calls and we discussed other options that I needed to arrange. Once here, I met the rest of the team and they all are so kind and truly care about making my apartment, feel like home. I feel safe and love that I'm so close to many different options for my needs. I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to live here!

The BEST management team hands down!! Lisa, Mindy and Bakir are the dream team!!! Always willing to help, I consider them family!! The location is great! So close to the freeway and airport!! Been here a long time and it's been a great 7+ years!!

Lived here for a year now and planning to stay for many more. Moved from out of state and this was our first choice and it really shows that we made the right choice to live here. They made moving in a breeze and it feels like home. Lisa, Mindy, and Bakir are super friendly and they made it so easy and comfortable to live here. We feel safe and secure with the gated community, with great amenities, and peaceful community.

I moved into West Station almost a year ago. I needed to move to Salt Lake from out-of-state, and couldn't tour the complex before signing the lease. The application process was very straightforward with no hidden fees, and they even worked with me to coordinate an after-hours check-in time, which was very helpful after a 13 hour drive. Maintenance service is quick and easy to request. The hallways are vacuumed regularly, and it is typically very quiet (except near the poolside on some summer weekends). The valet trash pick up is consistent and convenient when you don't live on the first floor. I definitely don't regret choosing West Station Apartments and have renewed my lease for another year.

Been here for a year now, the staff is amazing, incredibly friendly and know you by name! It goes a long way and really makes this place feel like home! Looking forward to staying here for the foreseeable future and continue enjoying these fantastic huge units and sweet amenities! (Gym, pool, in unit washer/dryer) highly recommend for someone looking for a laid back, clean and quiet place.

I enjoy living here. Management and maintenance are super responsive. It’s maintained well. I have renewed my lease here a couple times. Some of the great things about this location is how close it is to everything in downtown. It’s super pet friendly as well.

Hands down the BEST management team I have ever had!! Lisa, Mindy and Bakir are one of a kind. As a loooooong time resident they have gone above and beyond for me and my little guy!! I can't thank them enough!! The location is great! Quick access to the freeway and airport! Not moving, but will be sad if that day ever comes!!!

Great place to live loved my apartment I would highly recommend living here they have an amazing gym so no need for a membership, gated community making all feel safe, mindi has been the best apartment manager I have ever had she is always so full of life and provided exemplary service i am soo gonna miss you mindi you always brighten my day when u asked if I was OK or asked how I was doing your amazing mindi.
